Mysteries of #hospitality
Yesterday a friend of mine told me that it’s something like 7 years that she keeps on booking a hotel in South Tirol. Lovely place, excellent service but she was a little upset and she was considering a different hotel because after 7 years she has never found a welcome card nor amenities in her room upon arrival.
There is no need to be a 5 star or spend a fortune to please the guests. One can work on retention and #loyalty programs at all levels.
There is not a rule, I would say it is just common sense.
