Hotels are a lifestyle to me, it’s a way of living, not only a source of income. I often say that they chose me and not vice-versa.

There are 2 places where I feel at home, the hotel where I work and Salento (in the very south of Italy).

Home is where our heart is, our beloved ones and, in my case, a hotel too!

I have carved my career in Luxury properties, from small boutique hotels to large resorts.

I have started with indipendent hotels and now I am familiarizing with more structured and branded realities. I love my job, this is why I couldn’t keep it away anymore with all the other passions that I already share with you (travelling, photography, the sea, animals, etc.).
