This is the last part of our last getaway with Manja.

I have decided to create a new category getaway with Manja.
Some of you know both of us and we always hope that, at some point, this damn virus will be defeated and you will be able to travel and join us.

It’s been a while now that we meet and get lost in the most deserted places between Latium and Tuscany.

Yesterday I haven’t posted anything because in these days I am struggling to speed up the blog, I have no idea if I can make it or not. You may notice some differences in the next days, hopefully for the good! I have interrupted the reading and testing, improving and changing because I absolutely wanted to share you these shots.
I will schedule some other post to not leave you without any news for too long.

So, coming back to the last part of our getaway, we haven’t chosen the right period!
This summer has been fairly warm and there were almost no trace of water, the river were dry so there were no falls, but luckily the place maintained its amazing greenery.

We met some nice strangers on our path, from Saint Michel Grotto to le Pozze del Diavolo, that it has been a nice variation to our “routine”.

We finally breath some fresh and clean air and after the walk we couldn’t end up by having a good meal at the top of another mountain, that of course we ignore as we are uncertain also about the name of the restaurant!
It wasn’t properly a restaurant, it was like a mountain retreat with large wooden benches, huge wooden tables, kind but spartan service and very simple but delicious food. We have loved that!
