Have you ever had the feeling of being small, despite your height?
There are a bunch of things in life that makes me feel tiny!
I always have this impression when it comes to the stars, the sea or simply traveling… and, of course, the trees!
I love all of them but the pines of Rome occupy a special place in my heart!
What about you? What does make you feel that we are not that big, nor important, after all?
It is always a bonus when there are more trees than people…
Yes, definitely 😊
Oh yes. <3 Listen to this: today Ishita posts about Piazza Navona which is mom’s favourite part of Rome, and now you post pine trees of Rome, which are mom’s favourite trees – and today it’s her birthday!!! <3 I’ll explain all this to her in a week or so when I get there. 🙂 Thank youuuu, I love these photos, and these trees, and Villa Pamphilli. One day I’ll show you all my tree photos from here. 🙂
They are magnificent. And the seat and the walkers give a really good idea of the size. Brilliant.
Yes, they are huge, they must be some centuries old!
Many things make me realize how small I am – a rainforest, an building or culture. Marvellous photos. 🙂
Thank you so much Lynette 🤗
Sky and clouds. A huge full moon. Being from an area that is pretty flat, traveling in the mountains is awe inspiring, and my photos never do them justice. And yes, trees. Cottonwoods grow well here, but oh the fuzz from them triggers my allergies…I still appreciate them though.
I am an allergic as well. Photos never do justice to overwhelming beauty of nature. Also the best photographers can miss some tiny details that makes the difference. It’s good you have so many things that approach you to nature ☺️
