Ostia – Quarantine with the Pigeons (Part 6)

Italy is about to open its borders and since yesterday all the economic activities have officially reopened.

It’s not over. We still don’t have a Vax but people already behave like if the virus never existed.

I am more scared by this sort of attitude than the virus itself.

I am going to miss my fellow pigeons but I might have some other photos left or simply keep on taking shots of them.

Nature has so much to teach us!

  1. I don’t blame you for being afraid. Caution seems advisable, for going back to some kind of normal. I love your pigeons. I do hope you keep taking pictures of them. I’ve enjoyed them so much. Thank you and good luck going out again.

  2. Very cool photos! I fully empathise with your feelings, everyone has reasons to feel anxious these days. But all we can do is follow our instincts and exercise a good balance between caution and continuing to live our lives. Stay safe and healthy.

    1. Thank you so much. Yep, it’s a critical situation. I couldn’t stand the face masks before, now I cannot conceive to go outside without it🤦🏻‍♀️😆

  3. It seems strange that people go to the trouble of posting negative emoji ‘comments’. They obviously have too much time on their hands and/or are trying to provoke a response, which I suppose this is! More power to the pigeons.

    1. Neither I don’t understand this attitude. I could conceive it once but repeating it at every single post is becoming repetitive or provocative. Luckily that pigeons don’t care! 😂
