Castel Sant’Angelo is an ancient construction located in the heart of Rome.

Originally meant as a Mausoleum for Hadrian and his family, with the time it has beem transformed into a Fortress, a Prison, a Private Renaissance Residence nowadays it is a Museum! What remains of its long history is an amazing building, unique in its beauty.Here are some windows with their original shapes and mix of architecture.

    Matchlessly beautiful country, but also hopelessly crowded. Almost anyone wants to see those ancient stones that are still alive to this day 🙂

  2. It is a unique feature of Rome. We need to go back. But sincerely, I want to go off-season. And the problem is that my wife’s main vacations are in July… Well, we’ll find a way. Are you back permanently in Italy?
